Eligibility for Return & Exchange You can request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • You received a product different from the one you ordered.
  • The color of the received product does not match the one you selected.
  • The product does not match the specifications listed on our website.
  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • You received an incorrect size other than what you ordered.

How to Request a Return or Exchange? To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:

  1. Take clear pictures of the received product highlighting the issue.
  2. Send an email to support@britishwear.co.uk with the following details:
    • Reason for return or exchange
    • Attach the images of the product
  3. Our team will review your request within 24 hours and provide you with the return address.
  4. You will receive a free prepaid return label via email. Please use this label to return the product.
  5. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your request within 24 to 48 hours.

Processing & Delivery Time for Exchanges

  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 1 to 2 business days, and the amount will reflect in your bank account within 7 to 10 days.
  • Exchange Processing & Delivery: Exchanges will be processed within 1 to 2 business days, and the in-transit time is 4 to 6 business days, making the total estimated delivery time 5 to 8 business days.

Non-Eligible Returns & Exchanges Please note that returns and exchanges will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product tag has been removed.
  • The item has been washed, worn, or altered.
  • The product has stains, cuts, or damage caused after delivery.
  • The item is not in its original condition.
  • The request is made after 30 days from the delivery date.

Refund Policy If an issue arises due to incorrect size, color, design, quality, or wrong shipment, you may request a refund. Refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Bank Transfer Time: The refunded amount may take 7 to 10 banking days to reflect in the customer's bank account, depending on the payment provider
